Something about the Arctic I just absolutely love. Though while I do appreciate Winter, Autumn is actually my favorite season. But something about the whites, and blues of winter I just adore. Whether it's all the various shades of blue, the snow glistening like silver, ice shining like crystal, the peaceful "sound" of winter, the inhabiting fauna, or the lights that appear in the dark like a midnight rainbow that dances across the sky... I'm not sure if I can thoroughly describe it, but the arctic is one of my favorite environments to depict or to see depicted. This has quite possibly been my favorite folder lately, I've been rather obsessed with winter, and aurora borealis... It's possible that I'm going through winter-withdrawal, since I am now living in Florida >_< Everything arctic/wintery related goes here, from real, to mythical, to fan art. If it has a wintery feel to it, it goes here ^_^
